Iconic Drive Kancamagus Highway | White Mountains Photographer

Kancamagus Highway is known for its scenic views, and hairpin turns as it winds up the mountain. Located just past the quaint little town of Lincoln, New Hampshire, it is incredible to visit year-round – although early fall to see the leaves change is one of the best times of the year.

Visitors travel from all over to take this scenic drive and enjoy the views at one of the many overlooks lining the mountainside. Kancamagus Highway offers iconic views without having to hike for hours.

If you are looking to have a few locations as your beautiful backdrop but are limited on time, this is the way to go. In 2 hours, we can venture up the mountain by car, stopping at various outlooks to capture amazing photos and even dip off into the woods for a completely different look on the way up the mountain.
